Shipping & Delivery of your vintage furniture

At Frümel, we value personal service and careful delivery. Whether you pick up your order yourself or have it delivered, we make sure your furniture arrives safely and in top condition.

Pick up (free of charge)

You are welcome to pick up your furniture by appointment at our furniture storage:

Payment can be made in advance (iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, bank transfer) or cash/pay request at pickup. Once your payment is received, we will schedule a pickup time together.

Delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany (selective regions)

Would you prefer that we deliver your furniture? You can! We deliver our furniture personally with the Frümel bus, so that your furniture arrives with care and in good condition. We do this throughout the Netherlands and in parts of Belgium and Germany.

Delivery cost:

  • South & central Netherlands + Amsterdam: €55

  • Zeeland, northern Netherlands: €90

Please note that delivery is to the front door unless otherwise agreed.

For delivery to Belgium or Germany, different rates apply upon request.

International shipping

Do you live outside our direct delivery area? Then we ship on request with reliable partners tailored to your location.

We arrange:

  • A competitive custom price

  • Insured shipping

  • Transparent communication about cost and delivery time

On the product page of the corresponding product, enter your question about international shipping under "Questions/Comments.

Packaging & care

All furniture will be:

  • Thoroughly checked

  • Safely packaged

  • (Where necessary) provided with instructions for assembly

We treat each piece as if it were for ourselves.

Returns: how does it work?

Did you change your mind? No problem. You can return your purchase within 14 days, regardless of the size of the furniture.

On delivery with the Frümel bus:

  • Not accepted on delivery: full refund (excluding delivery charges)

  • Return after delivery: you pay collection costs

    • South & central Netherlands + Amsterdam: €125

    • Zeeland and northern Netherlands: €170

    • For returns in Belgium or Germany, different rates apply upon request.

International shipments and packages:

  • Return at your own expense

  • Refund after claim-free receipt

The furniture must return in its original condition. So make sure the furniture is well protected during transport, and avoid new damage.

Important to know

  • Look at your furniture in advance if you are in doubt. Then you can be sure it will fit your interior.

  • Return notification? Send an email within 14 days to info@frumel.com

  • Refund follows within 5 business days of receipt.
