Returning

At Frümel you always have the option of returning your vintage furniture. We apply a 14-day cooling-off period, both for delivery with our Frümel van and for international shipping. Below you can read how returns work for each shipping method.

Returning vintage furniture via the Frümel bus (Netherlands, parts of Belgium and Germany)

For orders that we personally deliver with the Frümel bus, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.

• Did you not get to see the furniture beforehand? Then you can decide on delivery, before installation, whether you want to keep the furniture.

• Do you decide not to take the furniture upon delivery? Then we will take it back immediately and you will receive the full Purchase amount back. The delivery costs will not be refunded in this case.

• Would you like to return the furniture after delivery? Report this within 14 days via email. We will pick up the furniture and you will receive the Purchase amount back, minus the collection fee:

  • South & Central Netherlands + Amsterdam: €125.

  • Other regions in the Netherlands: €175.

  • For Belgium and Germany, the costs are custom calculated. Please contact us for this.

International returns of designer furniture

A 14-day cooling-off period also applies to international orders.

• Report your return within 14 days via email.

• Return shipping is at your own expense.

• Make sure the furniture:

  • properly packaged,

  • is undamaged,

  • and returned in original condition.

• Upon correct receipt, you will receive the full Purchase amount back.

Return by mail (smaller items)

• Report the return within 14 days via email.

• Pack the item carefully and return it within 7 days.

• Shipping costs are at your own expense.

• Upon receipt in good condition, you will receive the full Purchase amount in return.

Conditions for returns

• Returns must always be notified in advance by email.

• Products must be returned in original condition.

• Frümel reserves the right to withhold (part of) the amount in the event of damage or signs of use.
